Prior to real estate, Ashton enjoyed a successful career in commercial finance.  A former Vice President and National Accounts Manager at Citigroup, Ashton’s primary focus was developing and sustaining relationships with their largest accounts, including Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge. While at Citigroup, he received multiple awards and was recognized nationally as a top 1% producer.  In 2010, Ashton decided to pursue his true passion in real estate.  His experience with the financial industry and relationship management parlayed perfectly into being able to guide his clients through the entire process of their most important investment- their home.

 Real estate was a natural choice for Ashton. His grandfather was a small town homebuilder in Oklahoma and many of his fondest childhood memories were cruising around in his granddad’s old pickup truck, looking for land to develop and properties to restore. His grandfather taught him the value of hard work, honesty and patience.  This is evident in the long-term relationships he cultivates with his clients.  The majority of Ashton’s real estate portfolio has been from referrals from clients and friends. 

 Ashton specializes in Northwest Denver.  He focuses on neighborhoods such as the Highlands, Berkeley, Sunnyside and Sloans Lake.  He lives and works in Northwest Denver, driving the streets of his neighborhood everyday.  Through his network of friends, clients and local business owners, he will often know about a home before it hits the market.  Ashton is known by his colleagues as a Northwest Denver expert and supporter.  He has helped shape the face of his community by helping his clients restore old homes and partnering with reputable developers.  Ashton believes in preserving vintage details and that modern architecture is about both function and design, not just maximizing space.  His clients enjoy farmers markets, sunny patios and backyard BBQ’s.

 Ashton holds a business administration degree from Oklahoma State University. He and his wife, Dr. Allison Jenkins, are the proud owners of Highlands Animal Clinic, located in a 120-year-old Victorian that they lovingly restored in the heart of the Highlands.  They are both members of the Highlands Merchant Association and sponsor numerous community events and fundraisers for the local schools, churches, and animal shelters.  Ashton was instrumental in creating the Farmers Market at Highlands Square. 

 Ashton’s clients have given him a 5 star rating on both Zillow and Facebook.  He has consistently been a top producer and awarded the Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence, recognizing Denver area’s top performers in residential real estate.  His success in real estate is testament to and a reflection of his dedication to his clients.
